Clear, high-resolution images work best. Phone photos are welcome; if a file looks too small for the size you choose, we will reach out before printing.
Will someone review my image?
Yes. We check custom photo orders for basic crop, orientation, and image-quality concerns before production. If something looks off, we contact you before making it.
When does production start?
Production starts after the photo is attached and the order is ready. Multi-image sets can begin with one starter image, and we collect remaining files before production.
How does shipping work?
Shipping and delivery choices appear at checkout. Each piece is made to order in Denver and packed for delivery once it is finished.
