Terms of service

Orders and proofs. All orders are made to order. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use any image or artwork you upload. You will receive a digital proof; production begins only after you approve it, and the approved proof governs the finished product.

 

Your content. You retain ownership of the images you upload and grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely to fulfill your order. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others. We may decline any order at our discretion.

 

Pricing and payment. Prices and finish upcharges are shown at checkout (Brushed included; High Gloss +$12; Matte +$15). The exact price is confirmed on your proof before payment is finalized. Payment is processed securely by our third-party providers.

 

Finishes and color. Aluminum dye-sublimation color may vary slightly from what you see on screen. The proof step is your opportunity to confirm appearance before production.

 

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
