Shipping policy

Production time. Every order is made to order. You will receive a digital proof and exact price within 24 hours; production takes 5 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering.

 

Shipping. We ship flat, packed, and insured nationwide within the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $50; orders under $50 are charged shipping at checkout. Delivery time is in addition to production time and depends on your location and the carrier.

 

Local pickup. Colorado customers can arrange in-person pickup in the Littleton and Denver Metro area — contact us to coordinate.

 

Tracking and issues. We email tracking when your order ships. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right (see our Return and refund policy).

 

International. We currently ship within the United States only. Contact us for international requests.
