Refund policy

Because every print is custom-made to your file and specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for incorrect files you supplied, or for buyer's-remorse reasons. Please review your digital proof carefully — nothing is produced until you approve it.

 

We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you if the print arrives damaged in transit (report within 7 days of delivery, with photos), or if there is a production defect such as a color, finish, or mounting flaw on our end versus the approved proof.

 

Before production: you can request design changes or cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the proof. Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.

 

To request a replacement or refund, email support@milehighmetalprints.com with your order number and, for damage or defect claims, clear photos. Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
